Hi, I'm Elina 👋

For years, I lived in a cycle of tightness, pain, and frustration. My calves cramped constantly. I battled shin splints, lower back pain, and a nagging sciatica. Those were just a few of the issues I endured.

Every physio I saw gave me stretches and isolated exercises targeting one area at a time. I understand why they did what they did—but those strategies never worked for me.

I stretched daily because I was told my calves were too tight. But the moment I tried to run again—bam!—that familiar tightness returned.

I knew there had to be a better way. So I spent years learning, experimenting, and re-educating myself about the body. Eventually, I found the answer. (Spoiler alert: it’s not more stretching.)

Now I help others break free from that same cycle with simple, strategic mobility that actually works.

I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the body and helping people get the best out of it. Along the way, I earned an honours degree in Sport and Fitness from the University of Brighton and have continued building my expertise since 2012. Today, I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Mobility Coach.

Is this for me because I don't exercise?

Yes! If you not doing any exercise or have never been doing anything has no impact on your ability to do this program. I have designed simple, easy to follow system that you will do in your own pace, You can always pause video and keep practicing moves if you find you want to explore your body.

What is involved?

Over the next 14 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of steps to gain mobility.

It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up.

I need you to commit to following the process each day, otherwise I can't help you!

Why is it free? Are there any hidden costs?

I operate a give-first business model. I want to help you and show what is possible and hopefully if we work together you will get such a great result over the next 14 days that if you choose to work with me afterwards, it's a no-brainer.

I am not very technical person could I still do this challenge?

Yes, Challenge will be hosted in WhatsApp group. So if you have this Application you are advanced enough.

What if i don't have enough time?

If you don't have 5-10 minutes to yourself in a day darling something will have to go! Rethink and lets go, whats the worst that can happen? You will have nice and bendy body.

I am worried that I wont be able to do all the exercises as I am Injured?

Look — first and foremost, you need to start moving.
Movement doesn’t have to be perfect; in fact, there’s no such thing as perfect movement.
You simply need to move in any way your body allows. Once you restore movement, then we can fine-tune it.
Listen to your body and move in the way you can — that’s where real progress begins.
